    Buried battery box is developed with the development and application of solar street lamp,mainly used to equip batteries.



    We produce buried battery box, material: polypropylene, a kind of PP. The buried battery box is designed for kinds of special problems encountered in the actual construction process of the present solar lamp engineering. It can be directly buried underground, with good sealing performance, instead of glass fiber reinforced plastic boxes, iron boxes and so on. Buried battery  box is with good pressure resistance, anti-corrosion, waterproof, anti-theft features, and can be repeated use. It fundamentally solves the problems the working process such as waterproof, cooling and exhaust .



    Our buried battery box has the following characteristics:

1. The buried battery box is underground sealed. Waterproof adhesive is not required during construction. It is sure that it would not leak under 1.5 meter water pressure. So the box is with good waterproof performance.

2. The buried battery box let the air in by connecting the pipe on box with the thread at the the bottom of the lamp post.



3. The buried box is designed with fenced-type reinforcing bars, which effectively make the inside heat dissipation and heat preservation of the battery possible.

4. The buried battery box is formed by one-time injection with the characteristics of anti-shock, anti-corrosion and acid - alkali resistance. The box can bear the weight of 5 ton truck when buried 1 meter underground. There is no damage when it is dropped more than 2 meters high.

 The buried battery box guards against theft by being buried in the ground and connected with the lamp foundation.



    The set of buried battery box contains box, pipe, stainless screws, gasket , and sealing strip.

We could recommend suitable buried battery according to the battery capacity required by the customer. The length of pipe is 1.3m, and the length can be customized. The pipe interface could be on the top or on the side face of bottom part.




   How to use the buried battery box

1 Connect the  wiring of the battery and seal the binding post.

2. Put the battery into the buried battery box, pull the conductor out through the pipe, and tighten the buried battery box with supporting fasteners;

3.Put the box into the pre-set cement pool and cover it. Or directly buried in the ground, without cement.
